There are many ways to get back and forth from the airport and these include the Metrobus, 305-770-3131. The Metro-Bus has routes to all areas of Miami-Dade County. You’ll get the bus and more info at Level 1 of Concoiurse E. Metro-Rail also covers Miami-Dade County.
The Super Shuttle, 800-874-8885 goes from the Airport to anywhere around Miami Dade. Based on a shared service you need to find out when you arrive when the next shuttle departs for your particular area.
TriRail, 800-874-7245 is another transport option. It goes on Interstate 95 to Broward and Palm Beach County. Metro-Bus provides free transport to the station if you have a Tri-Rail ticket. You can call them for more information.
There are car rental agencies, taxis and limos. If you hire a car, there are all the desks at the airport. You can reserve a car online over the internet or find out about costings etc.
It’s a good idea to check with your hotel to see if they offer a shuttle to and from the airport for your convenience.
